




Job Summary: The professional will provide support to employees, perform various administrative tasks, and assist with HR and Personnel Department routines. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative and HR support Provide support to employees; perform various administrative tasks, such as typing, classifying, collecting, preparing spreadsheets, reports, and surveys; organize and archive various documents; manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including scheduling admission and dismissal medical examinations, registering new hires, managing timekeeping routines (verifications, corrections, controls, payslip issuance, etc.), managing and forwarding vacation requests, controlling and forwarding periodic medical examinations. Manage employee benefits, keep HR indicators updated; assist in organizing events and preparing materials; support HR Assistants, Analysts, and Managers in daily HR activities. Responsibilities: * Manage the employee onboarding process, requesting required documentation, scheduling admission ASO exams, opening accounts, monitoring probationary contracts, and relaying information to Accounting. * Guide new employees on system access (Data Web, Portal, Panvel healthcare network, etc.). * Provide support to employees by clarifying doubts or referring them to the appropriate responsible parties. * Maintain up-to-date employee records, registration data, and pay slips. * Perform various administrative tasks: typing, classifying, collecting, preparing spreadsheets, reports, and surveys; reconciling data; organizing and archiving various documents. * Administer company benefits (enrolling and removing employees from health plans, issuing Sindilojas cards, managing and purchasing transportation vouchers, managing Panvel pharmacy network benefits, handling uniform-related matters). * Monitor expiration dates of probationary contracts and request employee signatures. * Perform timekeeping verifications and corrections, issue timecards for employee review, and handle other timecard-related routines. * Generate Bank of Hours reports and inform relevant parties about deadlines for their elimination. * Relay to Accounting information regarding merit awards, promotions, transfers, or role changes. * Monitor vacation expiration dates, issue receipts, and process payments. * Handle offboarding procedures, including issuing prior notice notices, termination settlements, forwarding settlement payments to Finance, and union homologations. * Prepare required documentation in cases of labor lawsuits. * Assist in developing, planning, monitoring, and executing the annual internal events calendar, including respective budgets and presentations to the Area Management for approval. * Arrange purchases and delivery of gifts for commemorative dates. * Compile a monthly list of birthdays and distribute it to interested parties via the Portal. * Prepare, disseminate, and maintain updated internal information through communication channels (e-mails, WhatsApp, Portal, etc.). * Schedule admission and dismissal medical examinations. Monitor periodic medical examinations, absences, PGR, and PCMSO. Environment: Administrative, welcoming, and stable environment.
