Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields. * Ensure achievement of Unifique’s goals and objectives; * Lead and supervise external sales activities exclusively under the PaP (Door-to-Door) model; * Plan sales routes for PaP activities; * Participate in commercial initiatives such as trade fairs and Pit Stop events, as needed; * Conduct sales and monitor activation processes; * Assist in selecting new external sales representatives; * Develop external sales tactics and initiatives; * Supervise and guide external teams during negotiations and customer service; * Prospect potential locations and partners to promote commercial and marketing events; * Evaluate and manage external PaP sales teams; * Ensure customer satisfaction through qualified service delivery by the external sales team; * Prepare and present team sales performance reports; * Supervise and instruct the team on compliance with company norms, policies, processes, and procedures; * Input, prepare, analyze, and present charts, spreadsheets, and reports; support coordination/supervision requests; * Develop and/or deliver commercial training for new team members. 2512070202191697106
