We are seeking a Continuous Service Technician - Electrical to perform the following activities: * Install and carry out electrical maintenance for residential and commercial buildings; * Interpret electrical design plans; * Handle measuring instruments such as voltmeters, ammeters, megohmmeters, etc.; * Apply and operate software for access control, CCTV, fire detection, and CMC; * Perform circuit breaker, UPS, and generator operations; * Fulfill contractual obligations defined in scopes/proposals and ensure equipment reliability; * Conduct technical analysis of systematic (repetitive) faults and prepare technical reports; * Complete and close service orders (SOs). 251229020249441333
