Job Summary: We are seeking a Software Engineer to implement improvements and provide maintenance support for the Folha Digital product, participating in the development lifecycle and ensuring software quality. Our mission is to transform companies through their people, and we are looking for a **SOFTWARE ENGINEER** to help us fulfill this mission by implementing improvements and providing maintenance support for the **Folha Digital** product. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Performing software maintenance; * Developing new features; * Supporting the Product team in designing new solutions and conducting technical feasibility analyses; * Participating in ceremonies — daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives; * Collaborating with the Product team to track requirements; * Contributing suggestions for new tasks alongside the Product team; * Developing tests in partnership with the QA team; * Defining development standards; * Deciding on architectural patterns (layers, services, integrations, etc.); * Ensuring generated code adheres to best practices for performance, scalability, and security; * Identifying and proposing improvements. **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Development expertise in **Genexus** 17 or higher; * Familiarity with **WWP**; * Experience with the **Genexus WEB** environment; * Knowledge of CSS, JavaScript, and especially **Java**; * Knowledge of configuring, administering, and troubleshooting **Apache Tomcat**; * Ability to perform deployments, configure data sources, adjust ports, analyze logs, and apply security and performance practices in **Tomcat**; * Familiarity with the **Linux** operating system; * Knowledge of the **PostgreSQL** database; * Experience creating custom **Docker** images for environments using GeneXus \+ Tomcat; **It would be a plus if you:** * Have knowledge of and/or experience in People Management / Payroll / Human Resources. **Still unsure whether Sólides is the right place for you?
