




**Description:** **Responsibilities and Activities:** 1. Guide and instruct users, acting as a facilitator in the purchase of parking tickets and the resolution of irregularities for system users, issuing ticket sales via debit card, credit card or cash, or selling smart cards. 2. Monitor, guide and control the use of spaces in the blue zone (rotary parking), verifying whether vehicles are parked regularly or irregularly—i.e., without a parking ticket, with an expired ticket, or with an invisible ticket—issuing the ACT fee notice and placing it on the vehicle to report parking violations. 3. Assist the public, from locating addresses to reporting accidents and daily incidents to the competent public authorities. 4. Attend to users to provide guidance and information regarding resolution of notices and about the system in general, including use of the Zul app and parking meters. 5. Report irregularly parked vehicles to the Customer Service Center via PDAs, when necessary. 6.
