




Job Summary: A speech-language pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat swallowing and oral communication disorders, with a focus on rehabilitation and counseling. Key Highlights: 1. Counseling for patients, family members, and healthcare teams **REQUIREMENTS:** Postgraduate degree – Specialization in dysphagia or Hospital Speech-Language Pathology or Multiprofessional Residency in Geriatric Health **PREFERRED** Master's degree – Speech-Language Pathology Sciences **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1. Conduct speech-language pathology assessment and diagnosis for patients with swallowing and oral communication disorders; 2. Plan, implement, and manage speech-language pathology treatment; 3. Apply speech-language pathology procedures aimed at rehabilitation, improvement in quality of life, and reduction of hospital costs; 4. Counsel patients, family members, caregivers, and responsible teams; 5. Discuss cases in multidisciplinary team meetings and participate in bed-rounds conducted by involved teams; 6. Engage in technical-scientific activities; 7. Perform administrative tasks; 8. Supervise residents in both practical and theoretical aspects; 9. Ensure institutional integrity and development.
