Description
Provide services and follow-up for students at Bernadete Pinto Freitas School, promoting health, preventing functional impairments, conducting assessments and guidance, fostering communication development, and facilitating the teaching\-learning process in collaboration with the school team.
Implement speech-language pathology activities within the school environment to promote auditory, vocal, and language (oral and written) health among students, teachers, and the broader school community. Focus on prevention of disorders, pedagogical advisory support, and school inclusion, thereby contributing to improved learning and communication processes.
**Education/Experience:**
* Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology;
* Active professional registration with the Regional Council of Speech-Language Pathology.
* Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual and multiple disabilities—preferably in the field of education—is desirable.
**Specific Knowledge:**
* Assessment and intervention for oropharyngeal dysphagia;
* Assessment and intervention for functional disorders (orofacial motor function, voice, speech, language);
* Intermediate computer skills.
**Work Schedule:** 20 hours/week (to be arranged)
