Packaging Leader **Responsibilities:** Monitor and control packaging lines through regular inspections to ensure production flow and adherence to established schedules; Monitor and analyze safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale indicators, using reports and monitoring tools to drive continuous improvement and achieve established goals; Perform operational functions within the structure, executing critical activities in cases of staff absence to maintain production continuity and efficiency; Ensure compliance with safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), guiding the team and conducting inspections to maintain a safe and compliant work environment; Perform equipment adjustments and preventive maintenance by identifying needs and resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity; Address team absenteeism and punctuality issues, recording and analyzing incidents to maintain full staffing and on-schedule production; Oversee packaging line deliveries, leading and analyzing activity progress to ensure production plans meet efficiency standards; Guarantee compliance with quality standards through process inspections and team guidance to deliver products meeting established specifications; Perform equipment adjustments, product batch changes, and setups, preparing the production line for new work cycles and ensuring changes are executed efficiently; Lead the packaging operators and assistants team, providing clear instructions and communicating essential information to supervisors to keep operations aligned and productive. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, or related fields. Management processes experience is desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication skills and leadership ability.
