Job Summary: A Packager is responsible for packing and organizing merchandise, ensuring efficient service and an excellent shopping experience for customers. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting inventory organization and store operational excellence. #### **About the position:** The Packager is responsible for packing and organizing customers' merchandise into their preferred packaging, ensuring efficient customer service. This role is essential to the customer's shopping experience, guaranteeing that products are properly and efficiently packaged. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Perform merchandise packaging services for customers by grouping products, aiming to increase customer service efficiency and environmental sustainability. * Transport customers' merchandise to the parking lot or nearby areas of the store, considering merchandise volume, using manual transport carts, boxes, or bags, to ensure customer convenience and service excellence. * Organize merchandise designated for home delivery, verifying whether any items require specific storage conditions—such as refrigerated or fragile goods—to ensure customer satisfaction. * Assist, whenever necessary, in restocking and cleaning merchandise in store sections, paying attention to product display and organization to maintain a harmonious and clean work and customer service environment. * Assist, whenever necessary, in loading and unloading company and supplier trucks—both for home deliveries and for receiving inventory—to meet store targets and ensure operational excellence. * Assist in organizing, preserving, and managing inventory using space optimization techniques and waste reduction strategies to uphold store targets and operational excellence. * Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or as required by business needs. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Flexible availability regarding working hours. * Strong communication skills and proactivity. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Physical fitness to handle loads and remain standing for extended periods. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. #### **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher R$400 * Attendance Bonus R$150 * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Voucher * Performance Bonus * Courses and Training * Various Discount Partnerships #### **Work schedule and hours:** Monday to Saturday, CLT, full-time.
