Job Summary:
Organize, review, and archive documents, medical records, and examination reports; consult and correct movements in the system; and deliver requested copies.

**Requirements:**
Completed High School Education
Military Reservist Certificate required
Experience: None
Computer literacy
Availability for daytime schedule (Monday to Friday)
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Organize and archive oncological folders/envelopes, inpatient medical records, and patient visit forms.
* Review and archive documents and examination reports into oncological folders/envelopes;
* Consult the system for the location of oncological folders/envelopes, and transfer, receive, and correct their movements;
* Deliver copies of medical records and/or patient documents as requested;
