Procurement Analyst

Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and maintaining partnerships with suppliers, conducting quotations, negotiations, and delivery monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers 2. Conduct negotiations and contracting with suppliers 3. Monitor the delivery cycle and perform follow-up * Prospect new suppliers across different regions; * Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers; * Conduct quotations for materials, services, and equipment rental; * Standardize and analyze quotation spreadsheets and commercial proposals; * Conduct negotiations and contracting with suppliers; * Issue purchase orders in the system; * Record and manage quotations and purchase orders in the ERP system; * Monitor the delivery cycle (follow\-up) until process completion. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Production Engineering; * Willingness to travel throughout the national territory; * Experience with ERP systems; * Experience in fast-track, commercial, and retail construction projects.
