Attends customers politely and assists them in finding products #### **About the role** Here, the Cashier Operator ensures that the customer experience is fast, organized, and pleasant. This person records purchases, receives payments, and helps keep everything running smoothly at the cash register. #### **Your daily responsibilities:** * Record customer purchases using the system (barcode scanner or manual entry) * Receive payments (cash, card, etc.) attentively and efficiently * Reconcile the cash register to ensure amounts match both the system and receipts * Assist with cash register opening, closing, and cash withdrawals alongside the responsible person * Keep your workspace organized, clean, and functional * Help package products when needed to expedite service * Support restocking merchandise as required * Attend customers politely, always greeting them and making yourself available * Assist customers in locating products and, where appropriate, suggest complementary items * Support other store activities as needed #### **What we expect from you:** * Completed high school education * Proficiency with computers * Flexible availability for work hours * Strong communication skills and initiative * Ability to work well in a team #### **Benefits:** * Meal allowance: R$ 400 * Attendance bonus: R$ 150 * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Recognition programs based on performance * Courses and training * Discount partnerships #### **Work schedule and hours:** * Monday to Saturday * CLT employment regime – full-time
