The role focuses on end-to-end AS IS process mapping, schedule management and control, and transformation of data into dashboards and clear executive insights, supporting leadership decision-making. **Key Responsibilities** * Map and document end-to-end AS IS processes * Plan, control, and monitor project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables * Monitor deviations, timeline risks, and support action plans * Track project performance indicators and data * Structure and consolidate executive dashboards and management reports * Translate data and information into clear, objective executive insights * Prepare executive presentations on status and results * Support project governance and cross-departmental communication **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree * Experience as a Project, Process, or PMO Analyst * Practical experience in end-to-end AS IS process mapping * Solid experience in schedule management and control * Strong analytical profile * Good verbal and written communication skills * Organization, discipline, and deadline orientation * Availability for 100% on-site work in Belo Horizonte **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary; * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher; * Health and dental insurance; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * SESC membership; * Real opportunity for professional development.
