Job Summary: We are seeking a Financial Analyst to focus on Accounts Payable, responsible for controlling and executing payments, verifying fiscal documents, and reconciling cash flow. Requirements: We are seeking a Financial Analyst to focus on Accounts Payable, responsible for controlling and executing payments, verifying fiscal documents, bank reconciliation, cash flow control, and supporting financial reporting. **Responsibilities:** * Control, schedule, and execute company payments; * Verify invoices and other fiscal documents; * Record entries in the system; * Perform bank reconciliation and analyze cash flow; * Generate financial reports and ensure compliance with internal policies, guaranteeing efficiency and regulatory compliance of financial processes. **Required Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in financial ERPs; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Bank reconciliation and cash flow control; * Payment scheduling and control; * Analysis of invoices and financial documents; * Preparation of financial reports; * Basic knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting Sciences, Economics, Administration, or related fields. **Desired Behavioral Profile:** We seek an organized individual with strong time-management skills, experience with financial systems (ERP), and proficiency in Excel.
