Job Description: **Job Summary:** We are seeking a professional to join our customer service team. The role involves attending to customers during breakfast and lunch, ensuring a pleasant and high-quality experience at all stages of service. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet and direct customers politely and courteously; * Restock food items during breakfast; * Organize and clear utensils and cutlery from tables; * Present the menu, provide information, and answer questions about dishes and beverages; * Record orders and forward them accurately to the relevant departments; * Serve food and beverages carefully, promptly, and with attention to detail; * Monitor customer satisfaction throughout the service; * Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and harmonious service. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in customer service within food establishments (preferred); * Strong communication skills, friendliness, and ability to work well in a team; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. **Benefits:** * Health insurance (50% of monthly premium covered by the company, with co-payment deducted from payroll); * Dental insurance at no cost to the employee; * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance; * Complimentary life insurance; * On-site meals; * Pharmacy card. **Working Hours:** * 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM, rotating schedule of 6 days on / 1 day off **Compensation:** * Monthly salary of R$ 1\.697,00 * Attendance bonus of R$ 250,00 * Average commission of approximately R$ 400,00 per month; * Potential for additional earnings.
