Job Summary: FCamara is seeking a Systems and RPA Developer to partner with a banking company, developing and implementing automation solutions and AI agents focused on process optimization. A culture of knowledge sharing and professional development FCamara is looking for a Systems Developer and RPA Developer to collaborate with the client in the Banking sector — an innovative company featuring an RPA platform powered by Automation Anywhere and also utilizing Python for its automations and AI agents. **Responsibilities and Duties** Tasks the professional will perform. * Discuss and seek to understand requirement specifications and process mapping with a focus on automation for DEMANDS OF AUTOMATIONS; * Conduct meetings and/or surveys, and leverage existing inputs to understand the business context and respective processes; * Align with the client team's Product Owner (PO); * Implement RPA automations using Automation Anywhere, Python, and other languages such as .NET, Java, or scripts; * Build AI agents using languages like Python and the client's framework; * Design test scenarios for automation implementation; * Adopt deployment processes for QA and PROD environments; * Create and maintain documentation, as well as updated evidence of user acceptance testing (UAT) and sign-off; * Monitor and support robotic processes; * Provide feedback to the project team regarding necessary delivery adjustments to mitigate or prevent production failures; * Follow monitoring and crisis management workflows. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Hard Skills:** * Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) platforms such as Automation Anywhere (preferably), UIPath, Blue Prism, BotCity, or others; * Experience developing systems using programming languages such as Python, Java, Microsoft technologies, or others; * Experience building AI agents is desirable; * Cloud environment experience, especially AWS, is desirable; * Ability to analyze functional/technical requirements. **Soft Skills:** * Proactive profile that enjoys researching and identifying alternative solutions to problems; * Excellent communication skills; * A person who inspires colleagues and acts as a motivator for the team when facing challenges; * Proactivity. **Here, we are \#OrangeBlood!** We have been in the market for 17 years, working side-by-side with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
