Job Summary: Pharmacist for comprehensive pharmaceutical assistance, inventory management, medication and material distribution, supervision, and training. Key Highlights: 1. Procurement supervision and team training Main Responsibilities: * Comprehensive pharmaceutical assistance; * Inventory control and updating (minimum and maximum quantities, batch, expiry date, cost, purchase forecasting); * Receiving, storage, and repackaging of medications in accordance with ANVISA regulations; * Management of medications and materials for ambulances, passenger trains, outpatient clinics, and emergency rooms; * Distribution of medications and materials to service points; * Preparation of technical and statistical reports; * Supervision of procurement, supplier qualification, and cost control; * Good Dispensing Practices Manual; * Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); * Compliance with the PGRSS (Healthcare Waste Management Plan); * Recordkeeping in the SNGPC (National System for Controlled Drugs) and fulfillment of other legal obligations; * Organization and maintenance of documentation required by regulatory authorities; * Conducting and supervising team training (inventory management, safe dispensing, patient quality and safety, kit preparation, controlled substances, etc.); * Participation in management meetings with multidisciplinary teams. **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy; * Active registration with the Regional Council of Pharmacy; * Knowledge of inventory management, sanitary legislation, and medication control (including controlled substances); * Experience with computerized medication control systems (including SNGPC).
