This professional will be primarily responsible for coordinating local administrative and operational routines, fostering interdepartmental integration, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The position reports directly to the Head of Administration at the headquarters and requires strong leadership, people management, and negotiation skills. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinate the local administrative team and ensure smooth operational performance; * Manage the supply chain, material handling, inventory, and purchasing; * Supervise general administrative routines, including facilities management, infrastructure, and operational support; * Control and optimize internal and external logistics processes for materials; * Lead administrative and operational personnel management, including productivity monitoring, shift scheduling, and HR-related support; * Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and operational targets; * Prepare managerial reports and provide accountability to headquarters management; * Support strategic continuous improvement projects and initiatives. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering; * Solid experience in administrative routines, procurement management, facilities management, and team leadership; * Experience in industrial, operational, or logistics environments is a plus; * Proactive, organized profile with systemic vision and results orientation; * Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills; * Must reside in Nova Lima/MG or the Belo Horizonte metropolitan region.
