Activities focused on **news, journalism, and multimedia communication**. **Responsibilities and duties** As a **Java Developer Analyst**, you will work throughout the full lifecycle of applications based on the **Java** language. Your role will primarily focus on **back\-end** (business logic, integrations, and data persistence), but in some cases, you may also contribute to front\-end development, receiving training during activities on the Front-end landscape used. **Requirements and qualifications** Mandatory Technical Requirements * Java (minimum of 5 years of experience, with recent versions being Java 17/21\): mastery of modern language features (records, streams, sealed classes, etc.). * Servlets and JSP: at least 2–3 years of experience developing templates and AEM components based on JSP. * OSGi / Apache Felix: development of bundles, services, scheduled jobs, and use of the Felix console for deployment and troubleshooting. * Web Services: creation and consumption of APIs (REST/SOAP), especially in integrations with enterprise applications on Tomcat or JBoss. * Basic front\-end: solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, including AJAX calls and component customization. * AJAX / jQuery / EXTJS: experience with dynamic content consumption via AJAX; creation of custom widgets using EXTJS for AEM editor dialogs. Desirable * Previous CMS experience: understanding of differences between traditional MVC development and CMS-based architectures, facilitating the learning curve in AEM. * Java Content Repository (JCR) / CRX: experience with queries, node manipulation, and content structure in the underlying AEM repository. * CI/CD: experience with pipelines targeting AEM, build automation (Cloud Manager, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD). * Apache Sling: mastery of resource model, adapters, and request resolutions. * Lucene: usage in content indexing, search, and query optimization. * DevOps tools: Maven, Eclipse/IntelliJ, Jenkins, Artifactory, Git/SVN. * Application servers: experience with Apache HTTP Server, Tomcat, JBoss. * Integration with Analytics: tagging, page tracking, and report configuration.
