Job Summary: The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and evolving digital applications, building solutions that support the customer journey. Key Highlights: 1. Develop, maintain, and evolve web and mobile applications using React and React Native. 2. Collaborate with UX designers, Product Managers, and Backend teams. 3. Contribute to best practices and continuous improvement of applications. The Full Stack Developer will work alongside the Product Tech team to support the development, maintenance, and evolution of the company’s digital applications—both web and mobile. The candidate will play a key role in building solutions that support the customer journey, enabling access to account information, consumption tracking, payment management, participation in referral programs, and execution of digital processes such as registration and onboarding. * Develop, maintain, and evolve web and mobile applications using technologies including React, Next.js, Vite, and React Native. * Ensure code quality, performance, and consistency of the user experience across applications. * Implement features supporting customer relationship management with company services. * Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, Backend teams, and business units to translate product requirements into scalable, intuitive features. * Integrate applications with APIs, external services, and internal systems. * Contribute to defining development best practices, frontend architecture organization, and continuous application improvement. * Optimize performance, stability, and user experience across digital solutions. * Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and application architecture evolution. Technical Requirements * Experience developing web and mobile applications. * Knowledge of React, Next.js, Vite, and React Native. * Experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript applied to web and mobile applications. * Integration and consumption of REST APIs. * State management (Context API, Zustand, Redux, or similar). * Component structuring and frontend architecture organization (Atomic Design or similar). * Development of responsive and accessible interfaces. * Best practices for application performance and optimization. * Error handling, loading states, and user flows. * Integration with authentication systems and session management. * Integration between frontend, backend, and external services. Nice-to-Haves * Experience with Node.js for API or backend service development. * Experience with TypeScript in React and React Native applications. * Knowledge of scalable frontend application architecture. * Experience with CI/CD for web and mobile applications. * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Integration with services such as Firebase, analytics, or notifications. * Experience with automated testing (unit or integration tests). * Experience with digital products focused on service management or customer relationship. * Ability to propose improvements in architecture, performance, and user experience. Education: Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields (preferably from the 4th semester onward). Experience: Previous experience developing web and mobile applications, with participation in projects involving API integration, implementation of product features, and evolutionary maintenance of applications.
