Support in developing sales strategies and operational excellence. #### **About the Role:** The Stock Replenisher is a key professional responsible for organizing and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales environment. Their primary mission is to ensure products are always available, well-organized, and attractively displayed on shelves—facilitating the customer’s shopping experience and contributing to the store’s operational excellence. They are responsible for arranging merchandise on shelves in a manner easily accessible to customers. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Arrange merchandise on shelves according to product display guidelines, ensuring optimal accessibility and availability for customers. * Organize product displays, checking restocking needs while maintaining an attractive, clean, and organized layout. * Perform quality control on displayed products, inspecting and removing daily any unsuitable items or those with expired shelf life from display areas, thereby ensuring product quality offered to customers. * Clean and wash products before display or storage, as required and per established hygiene standards. * Assist in cleaning, maintaining, and organizing the workplace using sanitization techniques to keep the area in optimal condition and fully operational. * Support team leaders in developing sales strategies related to product displays, proposing ideas and assessing feasibility to improve operational metrics. * Assist, whenever necessary, in loading and unloading company and supplier trucks—both for home deliveries and for receiving inventory—with the goal of meeting store targets and achieving operational excellence. * Assist in receiving goods, verifying quantity and quality of incoming merchandise. * Package customer goods upon request, respecting specified quantities to ensure superior customer service. * Comply with technical and quality standards, as well as safety, hygiene, health, and environmental preservation procedures. * Greet customers whenever passing by, maintaining eye contact and demonstrating courtesy to ensure excellent service. * Proactively ask customers if they need assistance whenever needed, guiding them to the relevant section or product and suggesting complementary items when appropriate. * Perform other duties related to those described above, as directed by the immediate supervisor or as required by business needs. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Flexible availability regarding working hours. * Strong communication skills and proactivity. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Physical fitness to handle loads and stand for extended periods. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. #### **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher R$400 * Attendance Bonus R$150 * Health Insurance Plan * Dental Insurance Plan * Life Insurance * Transportation Voucher * Performance-Based Incentive Program * Courses and Training Programs * Various Discount Partnerships #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** Monday to Saturday, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws), full-time.
