Their primary mission is to guarantee that products are always available, well-organized, and attractively displayed on shelves, facilitating the customer's shopping experience and contributing to the store's operational excellence. They are responsible for organizing merchandise on shelves in a manner accessible to customers. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Responsible for organizing merchandise on shelves, following exposure guidelines for each product, ensuring optimal customer access and product availability. * Organize product displays, checking the need for restocking, maintaining an attractive, clean, and organized layout. * Perform quality control of displayed products, inspecting and removing daily any unsuitable items or those with expired consumption dates from displays, ensuring the quality of products offered to customers. * Clean and wash products before display or storage, according to established hygiene requirements and standards. * Assist in cleaning, maintenance, and organization of the workplace, applying sanitation techniques to maintain the area in perfect condition and operational readiness. * Support team leaders in developing sales strategies for product displays, proposing ideas and assessing feasibility to improve operational metrics. * Assist as needed with loading and unloading company and supplier trucks, both for home deliveries and inventory receipt, aiming to meet store goals and operational excellence. * Responsible for assisting in goods receipt, verifying merchandise and ensuring product quality. * Responsible for packaging customer goods upon request, respecting the requested quantity and ensuring superior customer service. * Work in compliance with technical and quality procedures, as well as safety, hygiene, health, and environmental preservation standards. * Greet customers whenever passing by, maintaining eye contact and being courteous, ensuring excellent service. * Ask customers if they need assistance whenever necessary, guiding them to the section or product they are seeking and suggesting complementary items when appropriate. * Perform other related activities as directed by the immediate supervisor or based on company needs. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Flexible availability regarding working hours. * Good communication skills and proactivity. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Physical fitness for handling loads and standing for extended periods. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. #### **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance R$400 * Attendance Bonus R$150 * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Performance Recognition Bonus * Courses and Training * Various Discount Partnerships #### **Work schedule and hours:** Monday to Saturday, CLT, full-time.
