Ensuring service quality for guests Hotel: Manage all hotel departments (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, reservations, administration) Organize and supervise work teams Create staff schedules and monitor employee routines Control budget, costs, and financial results Ensure service quality for guests Resolve complaints and daily operational issues Monitor reservations, rates, and room occupancy Oversee procurement of supplies and inventory control Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning hotel Train and guide employees Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations Represent the hotel with suppliers and partners Support marketing and promotional activities Report to management with regular reports. **LOCATION:** Santa Bárbara \-MG **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Saturday, occasionally on Sundays. **SALARY:** To be negotiated.
