Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring product quality, managing the production team, and optimizing processes and equipment, with a focus on preventive actions and skill development. Key Highlights: 1. Quality assurance for industrialized and commercialized products 2. Team leadership and production team development 3. Process and equipment management for efficiency Quality control: Ensure the quality of all industrialized and commercialized products of the Company. Develop and implement preventive actions with suppliers to minimize non-conformities. Team management: Lead, motivate, train, and guide the production team, evaluate performance, and foster skill development. Process and equipment management: Monitor production efficiency, including fabric and splint quantities, materials required for production, proper use of raw materials, and machine operation, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance. Issue shipping invoices. * Prior experience in Production is required. Compensation: R$2.200,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
