Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:** * Conducting technical site visits, developing plans, overseeing service execution, and preparing technical reports based on those visits. * Supervising work, taking responsibility for project handover; building, validating, and monitoring the annual maintenance and facilities budget; evaluating and developing new service providers. * Monitoring supplier delivery performance against standards (e.g., SLA, schedule, quality), documenting and managing scope changes and underperformance cases. * Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and risk management policies and procedures; negotiating priorities and deadlines with site leaders; and guiding, training, and supporting the team to foster cooperation, excellence, and personal development across the entire portfolio. * Ensuring maintenance of site machinery, equipment, and buildings, managing KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, and Availability, and supervising planning, maintenance execution, and utilities park management teams. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Automation Engineering. * Experience in maintenance and facilities execution, control, and planning, plus experience in contract management and third-party service provision. Knowledge of maintenance software such as SAP, Totvs, Prisma, or Maximus is required. * Familiarity with budget planning, OBZ, OPEX, CAPEX, asset management, failure analysis, and equipment criticality matrix.
