Job Summary: Professional to assist in the kitchen with ingredient preparation, organization, hygiene, and support to the chef, following food safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Variety of tasks ranging from food preparation to storage * Prepare ingredients (wash, peel, cut food) * Assist in preparing simple dishes * Organize and sanitize utensils, equipment, and the environment * Properly control and store food * Assist in plating dishes and restocking food items * Follow hygiene and food safety regulations * Support the chef or cook in daily tasks * Receive and inspect goods (in some cases) * Keep the kitchen clean during and after working hours * Dispose of waste properly INSALUBRITY 20% BASIC FOOD BASKET R$ 200.00 MEAL ALLOWANCE R$ 31.34 per workday 12x36 shift schedule (day and night shifts; availability required) Vacation coverage position Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$1.772,80 - R$1.800,00 per month Benefits: * Basic food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
