Job Summary: Iludi Design is seeking a 3D Printing and Digital Manufacturing Technician to operate and maintain machines and advance production processes in an original design studio. Support for prototype and new product development **WE ARE HIRING** **Who We Are:** Iludi Design is a Brazilian original design studio that develops decorative objects, sculptures, and furniture by combining artisanal processes and digital manufacturing technologies. **What We Seek:** We are looking for a technically skilled individual to operate and manage our 3D printing hub, ensuring production quality, machine maintenance, and continuous process improvement. **3D PRINTING AND DIGITAL MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN** **Responsibilities:** * Operate 3D printers (FDM / resin); * Prepare files for printing (slicing); * Adjust printing parameters for optimal quality and productivity; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines; * Identify printing failures and issues; * Organize the production queue and monitor part progress; * Test new materials and configurations; * Support prototype and new product development; * Maintain an organized digital fabrication workspace. **Requirements:** * Technical course in Mechatronics; * Industrial automation or a short course in 3D printing; * Prior experience operating 3D printers. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with industrial 3D printers or print farms; * Knowledge of 3D modeling (Fusion 360, Rhino, Blender or similar); * Experience with CNC or digital manufacturing; * Interest in product design. **Benefits:** * Meal/food allowance: BRL 300.00; * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher; * Birthday day off; * Performance bonus (starting from BRL 200.00); * Morning and afternoon coffee; * Additional vacation bonus; * Reward for good ideas; * Career development plan. **Starting salary:** BRL 3,000.00 per month **Working hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Work location:** Contagem – MG **Employment type:** CLT Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from BRL 3,000.00 per month Work mode: On-site
