Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to handle the initiation and setup of import and export processes, analyze documents, follow up with clients, and support integrated logistics. Key Highlights: 1. Handling import and export processes in systems 2. Analyzing and approving shipping documents and monitoring logistics 3. We were among the first freight forwarders in Brazil to receive the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) title from the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service\. **We are looking for someone to join our team to handle:** * Initiating and setting up import and export processes in systems. * Analyzing and approving shipping documents. * Verifying and registering DI/DUIMP, LI (INMETRO/ANP/DECEX/ANVISA), LPCO, and DU\-E. * Opening Electronic Dossiers (yellow or red channel; LI approval; MAPA; PCCE) and attaching documents. * Drafting shipping documents. * Following up with clients. * Paying/suspending Merchant Marine fees. * Estimating import costs. * Paying storage fees and monitoring loading schedules. * Assisting customs brokers in resolving issues with the Federal Revenue Service and other government agencies. **We seek a professional with:** * Completed undergraduate degree in International Relations, Foreign Trade, or related fields. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Knowledge of customs legislation. **Benefits:** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Breakfast * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Fuel allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher * Flexible working hours
