Key Responsibilities: ● Assist users of products or services; ● Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to systems; ● Perform remote technical services for operating system maintenance and installation. ● Monitor and maintain system performance to ensure continuous operation. ● Develop and update technical procedures and documentation. ● Train and guide users on proper use of systems and applications. ● Register and update customer information in the system. **REQUIREMENTS:** ● Completed high school or currently pursuing a higher education degree in IT; ● Professional training course in IT or computer science; ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; ● Experience providing customer service via phone and WhatsApp; ● Experience in technical support via telemarketing and remote access; * Proactive individual who values and excels at teamwork **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** ● Knowledge of mechanics. ● Experience in the automotive sector.
