Job Summary: Responsible for product sales and restocking, ensuring store organization and cleanliness, operating the cash register, and providing customer service in the coffee, fondue, ice cream, and cake sections. Key Highlights: 1. Sales and restocking of brand products 2. Comprehensive customer service, including coffee and fondue areas 3. Inventory organization and stocktaking • Handle sales of brand products, offering them to customers and providing optimal assistance. • Check store shelves for out-of-stock items and replenish them, placing products appropriately. • Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and standardization. • Provide customer service in the coffee and fondue, ice cream, and cake sections, as well as with other available store products. • Operate the store cash register, performing opening and closing procedures as required. • Organize product inventory, labeling boxes and arranging them on shelves for easy location, and conduct monthly stocktaking. • Implement PEF policies, processes, and procedures related to: customer service, results, and performance, aiming for smooth operations, franchise excellence, and achievement of targets. • Perform other related and inherent duties as directed or requested by the immediate supervisor.
