Job Summary: A professional responsible for prospecting, contracting, and managing logistics partners to ensure vehicle acquisition and freight rate compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Management and development of logistics partners and subcontractors 2. Freight rate analysis and negotiation, ensuring competitiveness 3. Partner evaluation and training, ensuring compliance Main Responsibilities * Prospect, contract, and develop logistics partners in the market (affiliates and third parties); * Maintain an active national portfolio of subcontractors with small-, medium-, and large-sized vehicles; * Conduct market research and update freight rate tables in the system; * Obtain freight quotations from the market, ensuring competitiveness and financial viability; * Evaluate subcontractors against technical, operational, legal, and contractual requirements; * Acquire vehicles according to operational demands and customer contracts; * Register subcontractors in the system, ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements; * Conduct operational training and performance evaluations for affiliates and third parties; * Analyze and validate affiliate billing amounts, ensuring compliance with contracts and current rate tables; * Support the operations team in resolving issues related to third-party partners. Requirements * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proven experience in contracting and managing affiliates and third parties in the transportation/logistics sector; * Knowledge of the freight market and vehicle types (light to heavy); * Experience in freight quotation and negotiation with partners; * Familiarity with legal documentation required for transportation and service provision; * Proficiency in freight cost and billing analysis; * Proficiency in logistics/operational systems and spreadsheets (Excel); * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; * Organizational skills, sense of urgency, and analytical ability.
