Imagine yourself spearheading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:** * Mapping current and future processes using BPMN and SIPOC, identifying repetitive manual tasks, variations, and exceptions that may generate new projects and developments focused on Artificial Intelligence implementation. * Prioritizing projects and initiatives based on return on investment versus risk and effort, evaluating volume, complexity, system dependencies, and data sensitivity. * Automating manual processes and routines using Artificial Intelligence to improve efficiency, data reliability, and operational team workflow optimization. * Collecting, processing, and analyzing large volumes of data to diagnose root causes of operational deviations, identify trends, model scenarios to anticipate risks and opportunities, and develop automated dashboards. * Conducting validations to ensure data stability, acting as the central point of contact for stakeholders, developing executive presentations using Data Storytelling techniques, and documenting developments while preparing requirements for BI teams. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree completed.
