Part of BTI Comex Group — TLM Equipamentos, a company engaged in the sale of heavy machinery and material handling equipment, is hiring a Senior IT Analyst. **Job Objective** Ensure the operation of internal systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) and provide support to departments regarding infrastructure, hardware, software, and telephony used by company professionals. **Responsibilities and Deliverables** * Administer servers, systems, and company-access accounts * Provide user support and resolve IT and telephony-related issues * Monitor digital security and system availability * Ensure the availability and proper functioning of hardware, networks, and software used by teams * Prepare equipment and peripherals for onboarding new employees **General Activities** * Handle technical service requests * Implement tools and upgrades * Manage, maintain, and support procurement of hardware, software, and other IT requirements **Requirements** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Systems or related IT fields. **Technical Skills:** Solid understanding of CRM, API integrations, technical support, and security. **Must have easy access to Guarda do Cubatão – Palhoça / SC** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$3.300,00 – R$3.800,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
