RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist technicians with equipment such as fusion splicers, OTDRs, power meters, active fiber identifiers, and visible light sources. * Assist in operating, cleaning, and replacing electrodes on fiber optic fusion splicers. * Knowledge of optical cable installation. * Familiarity with standard connector types (SC, LC, E2000\...) * Knowledge of network equipment such as switches and routers, particularly regarding hardware and electrical power supply. * Basic understanding of AC/DC electrical systems. * Basic understanding of batteries and power generators. * Support in transporting equipment, materials, PPEs, and collective protective equipment alongside technicians.
