**Job Description:** ---------------------- One of our partner companies has an open position, and you could be part of this team! Important: The entire selection process will be conducted by Super Foods, the company responsible for candidate screening. Responsible for supporting logistics operations, ensuring proper receipt, verification, storage, picking, and dispatch of materials, while maintaining warehouse organization, inventory control, and stock accuracy. Contribute to the smooth operation of the warehouse, on-time delivery, product integrity, and efficient internal service, in compliance with the company's logistics standards, procedures, and policies. \-Organize storage layout (physical addressing where applicable). \-Define and maintain material identification standards. \-Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and good storage practices. \-Perform physical and system-based inventory control. \-Execute cycle counts and full inventories. \-Monitor material expiration dates and conditions (where applicable). \-Investigate and report inventory discrepancies. \-Ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records. \-Verify received materials (quantity and integrity). \-Enter items into the system. \-Correctly identify and store products. \-Report damages or non-conformities. \-Pick materials according to internal requests. \-Prepare orders for shipment (packaging, labeling, and verification). \-Support scheduling and release of carriers/pickups. \-Record outgoing shipments in the system. \-Support Commercial, Marketing, and Logistics departments. \-Maintain communication with headquarters regarding inventory movements. \-Support generation of inventory movement and stock position reports. \-Suggest improvements to layout, workflow, and controls. \-Support development of warehouse operational procedures. \-Ensure compliance with group logistics policies. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Completed high school education * Experience with inventory or logistics routines * Basic computer skills * Organizational and operational discipline **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * Experience in setting up inventory or warehouse operations is desirable * Knowledge of ERP Sankhya or WMS is desirable * Experience with cycle counting is desirable **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- YES **Benefits:** --------------- * Transportation Allowance * Meal Benefit **Work Location:** ---------------------- Santa Luzia/MG **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00; Saturday, 08:00–12:00
