Description
The professional handles customer service with a focus on satisfaction and efficiency, planning the daily work schedule and alerting the Service Manager when additional support is needed during peak periods. Gathers information about scheduled appointments, including customer profiles, appointment times, and requested services, ensuring proper organization and scheduling. Manages service time by prioritizing scheduled customers, returning customers, walk-ins, and priority groups (seniors, persons with disabilities, pregnant women, nursing mothers, and children).
During service interactions, confirms symptoms/complaints, performs damage checklists, protects the vehicle, records information in the dealership's system, and identifies opportunities for additional sales (accessories, Mopar services, vehicle detailing, bodywork, etc.). Converts pre-orders into service orders, checks for recalls or technical updates, registers estimates in the Dealer Management System (DMS), and verifies customer and vehicle registration data.
Monitors ongoing services, anticipates potential delays, and negotiates with customers as necessary. Refers unauthorized estimates to the Service Manager and participates in the Delivery Preparation process, scheduling delivery times and organizing documentation. Explains to the customer the services performed, charges applied, and replaced parts, accompanies the customer through payment, and hands over the vehicle key. Informs customers about scheduling channels, satisfaction surveys (SMD and CSI), and advises on future services, promoting customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education)
