Founded in 2024, it already has a robust backlog and real challenges in scaling, integration, and delivery. Now, they are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to work hands-on, with autonomy, ownership, and strong technical capability, turning backlog into impactful products. **The Challenge** * Develop and maintain full stack applications, working on both backend (Python/Django/FastAPI, APIs, microservices, databases) and frontend (React.js, reusable components, API integrations); * Ensure performance, scalability, security, and best practices throughout the development lifecycle; * Actively participate in technical and architectural decisions, directly influencing product evolution; * Collaborate with the team to unblock deliveries and turn backlog into concrete solutions; * Work in an environment where technology is at the core of the business; **Current Stack** * Backend: Python (Django / FastAPI) * Frontend: React.js * Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis * Cloud: AWS, GCP, Azure * AI: OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Groq, DeepSeek (a plus) * DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD Requirements: * Minimum of 10 years of experience as a full stack developer * Proficiency in Python and React.js (minimum 5 years of experience) * Experience with scalable architectures, APIs, microservices, and cloud * Proactive profile with a passion for writing code and solving complex problems * Availability to work onsite 3 times per week in BH **Advantages:** * Prior experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or B2B systems Benefits * Environment with true autonomy and intense collaboration * Direct influence on product and team building * Growth alongside the business from the ground up * Possibility of Stock Options
