Join us in shaping our story! **What You'll Bring:** * Participation in cross-functional teams to drive new business initiatives and deliver value-added analytical solutions to our customers. * Development of predictive analytical models for the financial sector, primarily—but not exclusively—focused on credit and collections. * Development of attributes (predictor variables) using credit bureau data and alternative data sources, along with diverse studies and analyses. * Active participation in analytical projects alongside international teams (developing generic solutions) across a variety of business use cases, applying various analytical techniques. Activities include: design, development, review, presentation to global committees, implementation support, and audit/monitoring. * Conversations with internal customers (Products, Data, IT) to understand requirements. * Presentation of projects/results of solutions. **Impact You'll Make:** Mandatory: * Bachelor’s degree or higher * Experience developing predictive models, preferably in the financial sector (at least 3 years). * Strong analytical expertise in risk modeling * Candidates must possess strong analytical thinking, critical judgment, creativity, and proactivity in solving problems; they must also be communicative, personable, curious, and enthusiastic about both learning and supporting teammates. * Experience working with customers (internal and external) on analytical studies, preferably in financial services. * Experience handling databases (big data), RStudio, and SQL * Fluent English Desirable: * Python programming. * Experience in modeling within banks or credit bureaus. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
