In-person and telephone customer service **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 08:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Responsible for organization, operation, and processes of the report department. **Requirements:*** **Education: Completed High School** * Keep the report department organized and ensure its smooth, efficient, and effective operation; * Act proactively and problem-solvingly within the department; * Monitor report delivery deadlines and flag pending items to responsible parties; * Type, register, verify, and deliver results to patients; * Verify patient names before placing reports into envelopes; * Perform mailbag closing (exams from other units); * Check whether previous exams are available; * Register all exams before forwarding them to respective units; * Perform other tasks related to the role, as directed by the immediate supervisor; * Attend company meetings, trainings, and refresher courses; * Provide in-person and telephone customer service, assisting in resolving customer requests. * Technical knowledge and capability. * Office tools: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook – basic level **Desirable Skills:** • Typing **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Day Off, Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
