If you are communicative, proactive, and passionate about delighting customers, join our team! **Responsibilities:** * Greet lounge guests with courtesy and professionalism; * Perform passenger check\-in and access control; * Provide information about lounge and airport services; * Support domestic and international customers; * Assist in space organization and ensure a welcoming experience for visitors; * Collaborate with cleaning, security, and food & beverage teams to maintain quality standards. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (ongoing undergraduate studies preferred); * Fluent English (or advanced intermediate with strong conversational skills); * Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or airports; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
