We seek dedicated, responsible individuals who wish to grow alongside our company. **Location**: Savassi / Downtown / Floresta (to be determined) **Schedule**: 5x2 (rotating days off) **Working Hours**: 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM **Salary**: R$ 4\.000,00 **Main Responsibilities:** Lead, train, and develop the unit’s kitchen team. Organize daily production routines and ensure strategic mise en place. Rigorously monitor COGS and operational costs to reduce waste. Supervise the use of technical sheets and guarantee brand standardization. Manage inventory control, expiration dates, and storage. **Requirements**: Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy. Proven experience leading teams and managing high-volume production routines.
