




Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing indoor and outdoor areas, organizing spaces, and complying with safety and sanitary inspection regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Strictly follow hygiene and safety regulations Main Responsibilities * Clean and sanitize internal and external areas of the bakery (dining area, restrooms, kitchen, production area, storage, and administrative areas); * Collect and properly dispose of waste according to hygiene regulations; * Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies; * Assist in organizing spaces and equipment; * Sanitize utensils, trays, trolleys, and containers as needed; * Strictly follow hygiene, safety, and sanitary inspection regulations; * Maintain materials, equipment, and the work environment in good condition; * Support the team in basic tasks when requested, without compromising the cleaning routine. Work Schedule: Rotating shift 6 days on / 1 day off. Shift: 12:05–20:25 with a 1-hour break.
