Here, your field expertise is valued, and you have room to grow. * Daily management of beef cattle (herding, sorting, counting). * Support in vaccination, branding, weighing, and other health-related management tasks. * Monitoring of pastures, feed troughs, water sources, and fences. * Assistance in loading and unloading animals. * Support in daily animal care, supplementation, and mineralization. * Care for horses, saddles, and work equipment. * Contribution to farm organization, cleanliness, and safety. Requirements: **Mandatory requirements:** * Proven experience as a cattle herder, ranch hand, or in a similar role. * Knowledge of beef cattle management and animal welfare. * Proficiency in horseback riding and use of tack for daily livestock handling. * Willingness to reside on the farm or in the nearby area. * Commitment to safety, respect for animals, and teamwork. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience with rational grazing management and good livestock farming practices. * Experience in vaccination, sorting cattle for sale, and corral management. * Basic knowledge of simple maintenance tasks (fences, waterers, feed troughs).
