Opportunity to work as a Corporate Business Manager handling corporate portfolios in Bandeirantes/MS. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Financial Consultant** – Based on portfolio data, proactively engage members with tailored financial solutions, assessing their relevance to each member’s current life stage. Support members in making informed decisions regarding financial products and services, develop personalized financial life strategies, and generate positive impact within the communities where the cooperative operates. **Portfolio Manager for Members** – Oversee the administration and development of the member portfolio, fulfill the established commercial schedule, present financial solutions aligned with members’ needs, market products and services consistent with predefined goals, and contribute to achieving the strategic plan. **Prospecting** – Identify and attract new members and business opportunities by analyzing the member’s industry sector and debt level. Conduct visits to generate new business and strengthen relationships with existing members. **Digital Specialist** – Facilitate members’ interaction with self-service and digital channels to enhance efficiency and guide members toward appropriate digital solutions. Provide guidance to help members better utilize available products and technologies. **Transactional Activities** – Monitor portfolio debt levels and implement measures to resolve delinquency, minimizing costs and avoiding judicial involvement.
