We are seeking a professional responsible for promoting occupational health among employees, providing assistance during examinations and medical consultations, monitoring absences, and ensuring compliance with labor legislation and occupational health regulations throughout the onboarding process of new employees. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure efficient and safe execution of occupational health processes—including vaccinations, complementary examinations, information recording, and report generation—guaranteeing compliance with legal requirements and maintaining employee health and safety. * Complete pre-consultation forms with vaccination information, reviewing vaccination cards and transcribing data into the form to ensure accurate registration for subsequent entry into internal systems. * Record vaccination information in internal systems, verifying and entering data from pre-consultation forms to keep immunization records up to date and accessible for consultation. * Refer and guide candidates regarding complementary examinations, clarifying doubts and providing precise instructions to ensure correct routing to service providers and completion of required exams. * Retrieve results of complementary examinations from service providers’ websites, accessing and verifying information in internal systems, tracking examination progress, and ensuring closure of medical processes. * Enter examination result dates into internal systems (SOC), inputting received information to maintain updated control, enabling managerial and operational queries. * Manage additional appointment schedules, registering extra available dates to allow proper billing and client service charge collection. * Prepare and dispatch daily mailings containing ASOs (Occupational Health Certificates) and medical records, sorting and forwarding them to the responsible team, ensuring clients receive complete documentation together with the SESMT (Specialized Service in Occupational Safety and Medicine). * Generate and send general reports to the admissions team, extracting data from internal systems to provide clients with visibility into performed activities and support admission control. * Perform other related and inherent professional duties as needed and/or required by the department, always through training, professional qualification, and guidance from the immediate supervisor, to ensure continuous professional development. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Nursing Technician qualification with active professional registration; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Prior experience in Occupational Nursing and Occupational Health, including knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Familiarity with practices related to worker health and medical support; scheduling and managing occupational examinations; PCMSO (Occupational Health Medical Control Program); and medical record management; * Customer focus, collaboration, creativity, and professionalism. **Additional Information** * Health and Dental Insurance * Meal and/or Food Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Profit Sharing Plan (PLR) * Wellz * Wellhub * Day Off * Apoio Pass for you and your dependents * Discounts on personal insurance contracts—including auto, life, home, travel, and others.
