Job Summary: A Pedagogy professional to serve in pedagogical coordination, curriculum planning, teacher mentoring, and promotion of educational innovation. Key Highlights: 1. Description: * Completed undergraduate degree in Pedagogy * Prior experience in state schools is a plus Participate in organizing the academic calendar, class assignments, lesson distribution, subject allocation, and development of the weekly class schedule. Organize teachers' activity hours, allocating them for study, planning, and improvement of the teaching and learning process. Guide teachers in recording attendance in official registers, in compliance with current regulations. Implement the school’s curriculum proposal aligned with the educational policies of SEED/PR (Paraná State Department of Education) and the State Curriculum Guidelines. Propose intervention projects aimed at improving the educational process, tailored to the school's specific context. Monitor the pedagogical work carried out by teachers, advising them on planning, content selection, and didactic transposition—consistent with the objectives of the curriculum pedagogical proposal and the guidelines for each subject. Jointly plan, with the school community, interventions addressing issues identified during class councils. Collect data related to student academic performance and communicate findings to the school’s professional staff and the broader community. Coordinate the selection and acquisition of teaching-learning materials and equipment. Encourage and advise teachers in selecting appropriate teaching resources for delivering school curricular content. Coordinate the school staff’s continuing professional development program, aiming to strengthen theoretical and methodological competencies. Conduct research and provide theoretical-methodological support for studying and addressing the needs of pedagogical practice. Organize study meetings for reflection and in-depth exploration of topics related to the school’s pedagogical work. Participate in the School Council, providing theoretical and methodological support for reflections and decisions regarding pedagogical practice. Encourage and promote student participation in various school events and collegiate bodies. Ensure compliance with constitutional principles, current educational legislation, and the Child and Adolescent Statute as foundational elements of educational practice. Conduct meetings with parents or guardians of enrolled students, organizing and coordinating class councils to ensure a collective reflective-action process regarding pedagogical practice. Support and advise teachers in selecting assessment procedures for learning outcomes, aligning them with the educational objectives outlined in the Political-Pedagogical Project (PPP). Organize the use of technological resources within the school, ensuring teachers utilize these tools effectively. Monitor student attendance to prevent school dropout. Encourage students to adopt healthy hygiene habits, contributing to prevention of communicable diseases such as Influenza A and others.
