Job Summary: The professional will issue, analyze, and process quotations, negotiate prices and delivery timelines, and track orders and shipments with suppliers and freight carriers. Key Highlights: 1. Negotiation and analysis of budgets and delivery timelines with suppliers. 2. Order and shipment tracking for materials. 3. Smooth communication with engineering and other responsible parties. **Main Responsibilities:** Issue quotations to suppliers of PCI’s and components; Analyze and process quotations; Assess whether lead time meets project requirements; Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms; Clarify technical questions with Engineering, when necessary; Submit purchase orders to suppliers; Confirm order receipt and commercial terms; Track order delivery dates with suppliers; Confirm material shipment and, if required, coordinate with freight carriers; for imported goods, coordinate with the import specialist; **We Are Looking For:** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Advanced Excel and intermediate English are advantageous.
