Among the main responsibilities are: Receive and process daily bank files; Perform payment reconciliations in the financial system; Carry out invoice reconciliation with bank deposits; Process file write-offs and update payment slips when necessary; Maintain direct communication with the sales team and sales representatives to align financial information; Handle customer inquiries and clarify doubts via phone and e\-mail; Support administrative and financial routines, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
