Job Summary: The Construction Planning Analyst develops, monitors, and controls the physical-financial schedule of projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, costs, and resources, and provides strategic analyses. Provides strategic analyses for construction project management The Construction Planning Analyst is responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling the physical\-financial schedule of projects, ensuring compliance with planned schedules, costs, and resources. The role operates integrally with engineering, procurement, and production departments, delivering strategic analyses and information to support decision-making in construction project management. * Work in accordance with technical standards for safety, quality, productivity, hygiene, and environmental preservation. * Participate in training programs. * Always keep your workstation and tasks organized. * Always maintain organized construction documentation. * Register inputs, details, and brands in Sienge. * Create purchase requests for material acquisition. * Perform quantity take-offs based on technical drawings. * Monitor and carry out activities necessary to comply with internal and external audits. * Develop action plans for recovering construction delays, addressing non-conformities, and implementing improvements. * Coordinate with Procurement to secure all materials required for activity execution, according to defined criteria of schedule, cost, and quality. * Serve as the interface with contracted third parties. * Develop and implement organizational assets. * Participate in the development and implementation of departmental Play Books. * Develop construction schedules and seek adherence during execution. * Manage and control the construction schedule. * Manage and control the construction budget. * Manage and control procurement of construction materials and services. * Enter construction budgets into Sienge. * Submit and facilitate service procurement requests through the Procurement Department. * Create measurement spreadsheets for contracted services. * Enter service provider contracts into Sienge. * Enter service provider measurements into Sienge. * Verify issuance of service providers' invoices and forward them to the Finance Department. * Technically validate the scope of construction services for budgeting purposes. * Technically validate the scope and materials for correct execution/application on site. * Prepare and coordinate organizational charts for ongoing construction projects. * Develop general projects and technical reports. * Develop and manage communication plans (status reports). * Participate in inspections. * Participate in the adoption of technologies and work processes. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Intermediate Office suite proficiency Knowledge of AutoCAD, Sienge, and Prevision Mobuss is a plus
