Job Summary:
Operational professional responsible for vehicle safety inspections, diagnostics, execution of automotive services, tire mounting and demounting, and customer service.

**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Schedule:** MON \- FRI: 09:00 \- 18:00 (LUNCH 13:00 \- 14:00\) \- SAT: 08:00 \- 14:00
**Level:** Operational
**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT
Conduct vehicle safety inspections through automotive check-ups;
Identify and diagnose repair needs, advising on required services and parts;
Perform tire mounting and demounting;
Carry out automotive services such as wheel alignment and balancing;
Replace and install automotive parts, including shock absorbers and brake pads;
Assist in customer service and sales processes related to vehicle needs;
Deliver technical explanations to customers, detailing performed services;
Properly store tires and parts;
Address complaints related to products or services, reporting to store management when necessary;
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly;
Ensure workplace organization, cleanliness, and preventive maintenance of the environment and equipment;
Comply with internal company procedures and standards
**Requirements:** **Class B driver's license mandatory;**
Completion of elementary education preferred;
Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive services preferred;
Technical or vocational training in mechanical or automotive fields preferred;
Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service;
Organization and responsibility in task execution.
